Exit secure area to Lower Level (LL) baggage claim area door 2E. Take the "All Terminals" bus shuttle to Terminal 2.

The drop off is at 2D Upper Level. Take the elevator across from Delta Airlines ticketing counter to the Bottom Level (BL). Proceed through the west pedestrian tunnel (connecting Terminal 2, The Hilton Hotel, and the CTA); The Barbershop will be a few short steps to your right.
